Twist out the mascara wand and gently wipe off any excess product on the edge of the tube.
Wiggle the brush starting from the base of your upper lashes and build the product to ensure your lashes hold their length without being weighed down.
Sweep the brush forward and upward to define the tips of your lashes and avoid from adding too much product to the ends of the lashes.
For lower lashes, place the tip of the wand at the base and gently wiggle back and forth.
Build coats as desired.
Water (Aqua), Stearic Acid, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Microcrystalline Wax, Polyisobutene, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Triethanolamine, Pvp, Phenoxyethanol, Beeswax (Cera Alba), Caprylyl Glycol, Hydrogenated Palm Acid, Stearyl Stearate, Iron Oxide Black (CI 77499).

Is water resistant the same ad water proof or is it diffrent

Smudgeproof and offers great hold
As far as smudgeproof goes this mascara is for sure smudgeproof once it dries. The formula, once dried, cannot be manipulated using a lash separator easily or it will begin to flake. When first opened, it's a very wet mascara. I was hard to control, and the brush is big so I felt like I got mascara on my lid. Now that that it has aged a bit, it dried up some and I found I liked it a lot more.

this is a decent mascara. i like the brush and i think it did a good job with lifting my lashes. don't know if there was a dramatic difference in the length. the formula is nice and didn't clump at all. i'll probably do a few more layers the next time i wear it to see if i can get a fuller look
