I love the ELF Makeup Meliting Cleansing Balm! It works great -- it truly feels like it is melting the makeup off. It does not irritate my skin or my eyes at all. Even tough mascara and "long-lasting" formulas come off easily. the Jelly Pop scent is a bonus. HIGHLY recommend!
