ULTA Beauty Collection Jelly Gloss Lip Gel

This lip gel is great! It smells good, and I've been using it at night before bed. It does great at keeping my lips moisturized at night until the morning. For some people, it may be too sticky for them, but I like it.

I received this gloss for free to try, and I've been really enjoying it. It's lightweight, not sticky, and gives my lips a soft, juicy shine. The scent is so yummy - it literally smells good enough to eat. Such an easy everyday gloss. And my younger sister always wants to take it, so we are going to buy another one.

Ulta's Jelly Gloss Lip Gel completely surprised me in the best way. The texture is exactly what a gloss should be—cushiony, smooth, and never tacky. It gives that juicy, wet-shine look that makes your lips look instantly fuller without feeling heavy. The color payoff is sheer but vibrant, and somehow it lasts way longer than any gloss has any business lasting. I'm honestly annoyed I didn't try it sooner. If you love high-shine glosses that feel like a lip treatment, this one absolutely deserves a spot in your bag. Total 5-star product.

I really wanted to love this product, genuinely. Unfortunately I have some major problems not only with the product itself but also the packaging. Despite having multiple "shades" available there's no label or name on them, how are you supposed to be able to find the same color again? The applicator is also a material that's very prone to attracting hair/fuzzies and can become staticky. I also take issue with the extremely overpowering and excessively artificial odor coming from even the closed product which only increases tenfold when the cap is unscrewed. Everyone around me and myself shouldn't be able to smell my lip gloss inside the container when it's in my pocket or on a table a few feet away. There's also no actual point to the "shades" because even on several people's lips it all appears like a clear gloss and there's no identifiable color difference whatsoever, a glossy clear chapstick would've done the same thing. The gloss also stays very tacky/sticky all day long and smears easily even if you're very conservative with the application.

Applies very smoothly and looks amazing overtop any lipstick. Gives you that added shine to put your look over the top. You will get many compliments when you wear this. Also huge plus is it doesn't leave a sticky feeling on your lips if you layer this with a lipstick.
