BioIonic Smart X is WAY better
The color is beautiful, making it looks very luxurious. But the cord keeps it from being lightweight. The number of heat settings are great but the power of the heat and air flow is not as strong as the Bio Ionic Smart X or as light.
Not worth the price for 1 year use.
I loved this dryer until it gave out after 1 year. First, the heat started shutting off and on and now the whole blow dryer shuts off on each strand immediately after the heat kicks in. Very annoying!!! It really was an amazing blow dryer when it was working. I will not repurchase at this price for 1 year of use. Going to try another.
Terrible customer service.
Love this hair dryer for two months, until it's stopped providing heat. Emailed the company back and forth when finally provided the receipt, they emailed me 5 other emails to contact. What a joke I've had my Dyson for five years, great customer service and they replaced it twice .
NEVER AGAIN!
Don't buy this product! Very expensive. After five months, it no longer provided heat! There was no warranty card. Sent emails to the manufacturer and Ulta at time of purchase to seek warranty information to no avail! So disgusted.
