Rinse mouth for 1 minute with one capful. Gargle with another capful for 30 seconds to clean your throat, a major source of bad breath. Wait 5 minutes before eating. Use morning and night. *For 24 hours of fresh breath, rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.

I really like this mouthwash. I did not cause any burning sensation to my mouth or lips like other mouthwashes. The flavor is really great, not super strong but very effective!

I am not regular mouthwash user but I am really enjoying this one. It has the ability to not only freshen my breath, it is a mild mint taste which doesn't counteract with my toothpaste. Due to the fact it is alcohol free, there is not burning sensation on the inside cheeks and tongue. The fresh mouth feel lasted a decent amount of time but then I tend to have coffee and that ruins it. It is a very large bottle and seems to be a decent price for the value.

This brand is the only one I buy. I have veneers and have had gum issues for much of my life, and this brand does what it says it will do with ingredients that nurture and don't agitate my gums; I can't say the same for many other brands. The bottle size is great, and I feel like I get good use for my dollar while staying minty fresh!

I received TheraBreath Invigorating Icy Mint mouthwash for free from Influenster, and it definitely woke up my mouth in the best way. The mint is bold and refreshing without crossing into "why is my mouth on fire" territory. After one rinse, I felt like I could confidently hold a conversation at close range, which is really all I ask from a mouthwash. It didn't burn, foam excessively, or leave that weird medicinal taste behind. Just clean, cool breath that made me feel like I actually have my life together. It's now earned a spot right next to my toothbrush.
