As a primer, this would go on after your moisturizer, but before your foundation and concealer in the areas of concern. I bought this item last month with the plan of it under Clarins tinted moisturizer. Instead, I've been using under a different brand of tinted moisturizer (brand shall remain nameless), I don't plan to buy the other type of tinted moisturizer, not because of the quality of the product, but because of internet difficulties. Long story short, the Clarins primer works so well under the other brand, I cant wait to use it under Clarins product.
