- In a consumer-perception study on 25 women ranging in age from 35 to 65:

- Start by cleansing with a non-oily cleanser. Avoid using eye cream if possible. If you prefer to use eye cream, allow the product to fully absorb and dry.
- Shake the tube and squeeze out a pea-size amount on the top of the hand.
- Using fingertips or a clean, dry makeup brush, pick up a tiny amount of the product and apply onto a completely dry eye area for best results.
- Using upward strokes, spread a thin layer of the gel onto the under-eye area, crow's feet, "11" lines between the brows, and beneath and above the brow bone (but not on the moveable eyelid).
- Let the product dry for approximately 5 minutes while remaining expressionless. Do not squint or smile.
- If you notice any white residue, moisten a cotton swab (or your fingertip) and remove excess by gently patting the edges.
- Once the product is completely dry, you are good to go! You can gently pat on makeup, such as eyeshadow, under-eye concealer or powder. To prolong the effects of Instant FIRMx Eye, avoid water-based makeup.

This stuff is pure magic. It works, and it lasts all day. The only downfall: I have to choose between it and concealer. I've heard other reviewers suggest mixing it with concealer, but I haven't managed to make that work for me. If PTR ever comes out with a product that combines the two - Firmx Eye ...

It worked.... But .....
I was so excited to get this product. However, the magic undoes itself if you add anything on top of it. Moisturizer, eye cream, foundation, concealer, it brings the puffiness all back. I don't think I would buy again
It does what it says, but immediately goes away if you put even just a little makeup over it. I also don't like the film it leaves even with the smallest amount used. It does what it says though, it's just not for me.
DON'T BUY
After it dries it leaves a chalky white surface under eyes. It said , mix it with concealer which made it worse because the eye tightener has the white chalky texture and my concealer made the areas under the eye very noticeably. Turned orange and looked bad.

I was really excited to purchase this instant eye cream but then I found, sometimes it works to reduce the puffiness and sometimes it doesn't. So, I'm disappointed again. Also when it does work it doesn't last long so, I don't think I'll buy it again.
