I put it next to my coffee maker so that I remember to take it every morning. After a couple weeks I noticed my appetite in the morning was suppressed and sugar cravings better.. I am able fast longer before my first meal of the day. I've just opened my 3rd box and have had one cycle since starting it, this is progress from where I was but I am most excited for the sugar control and appetite reduction effects.

The box says it typically takes into effect after 3 months of constant use, but my first full month of drinking this supplement, I got a positive ovulation test! I haven't ovulated in quite some time now until a few days ago! I was super surprised. Now just waiting to see if the seed we planted sticks!

I am very impressed with the inositol and the prenatal supplements. I have PCOS and was able to get pregnant on the first try after years of being told that it would be difficult or impossible! I also noticed that I have more energy and just feel better overall :).

I have been taking this for 2 months now. I started to see a difference the first month when my period was on time for the first time in years. Then the second month it was the same day that it came the month before. I do believe this product is regulating my periods. Now I am hoping pregnancy comes soon.
