Step 1: Position open part of stencil at the outer edge of the eye. Lay flat to skin.
Step 2: Fill in the stencil to draw the wing.
Step 3: Remove the stencil from outer edge of eye. Step 4: Continue line across your eyelid.
Precautions: Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage, and in extreme cases, even blindness. If your eye is scratched, stop using all eye cosmetics and go to an ophthalmologist immediately. Never apply this product in a moving vehicle.

I have used loreals "infallible super slim" black eyeliner pen for years but when Ulta was out of it I figured I'd try this just to give it a shot. Let me tell you how awful this liner is. Perfect Cat Eye!
I bought this and am mostly happy with it. The stencil is very easy to use! My only issues are that I have to reapply the eyeliner quite a bit, and the stencil is easy to lose. I had it in the slide in compartment on the side, but had to dig through my makeup stash to find the stencil. I ended up keeping it in its own place.
I'm keeping it for the stencil
I bought this after watching a YouTuber demonstrate it. I opened it and started to apply the pen and it was like I had it for 6 months, almost dry. I kept trying it and I got maybe one use out of it. I live an hour from Ulta so I don't want to drive that far to return it so I'm just keeping it for the stencil because I have a hard time making cat eyes by myself. I'll just use another pen.
Didn't work for me
It's an ok liquid liner but there are tons of those already. I bought this for the stencil which was a complete fail for me. The placement was weird and droopy an the product bled under the stencil leaving this weird smudge that I hsd to wash off. Very disappointing.

This friggen liner had a chokehold on me. I don't care that it dries out quickly if it works it works! Purchasing my fifth tube abd coildnt be happier.
