Start with dry hands and face. Glide the spatula lightly across the top of balm to fill the larger part of the disk. Warm up with fingertips and gently massage into skin for about a minute, focusing on areas with more makeup. A little goes a long way. Rinse with warm water, and optional to use a washcloth for a deeper clean.
For a double cleanse ritual, follow with The Rice Polish: Calming. Due to the natural plant extracts that provide skin conditioning benefits, the formula may vary in color from a light blue to a deeper blue. The slight variation in color does not indicate the product is not as safe or effective to use.

Really does the job
This balm really does an amazing job removing waterproof eye makeup and has become one of my favorites. If you use with a cloth to remove, it is seamless.
Best cleansing balm I've used!
I stuck to Dermalogica for the longest time. Just got complacent about it never thought to try another brand until my face suddenly started to disagree with it. I thought their pre-cleanse oil was good. It's not. It's garbage compared to this stuff. Tatchas cleansing balm lasts me way longer, get every speck of mascara off, and leaves my eye area totally clean. I don't have to use another round or a cleanser on my eyes like I did with Dermalogica's. When I wear a full face, it absolutely melts everything off and let's my cleanser really get in there and do it's thing. It's got a very faint scent to it. A clean, hint of floral scent that is not offensive. I cannot recommend this stuff enough.
Get a drugstore dupe
This works well but ive tried other cleansing balms that work just as well for half the price. Save your money!
Very nice!
This is the first Tatcha product I've tried. It's very nice. Doesn't leave a greasy film on your skin like some makeup removing balms. The packaging is very high end. The only negative is that it takes a little extra effort to remove my mascara (not a waterproof formula). Other than that, I love it.
