Peel the pad from its wrapper and remove the paper backing to reveal the adhesive strip. Place the sticky side down onto the center of your underwear. Adjust so it feels comfortable. Wrap any wings around the sides of your underwear if the pad has them. Change your pad every 4--6 hours (or sooner if needed) to stay fresh and protected.
