Underwhelming
To me this isn't milky, it's like skim milky. Didn't break me out like others so I don't hate it but it didn't make me excited or plump or glowing like Ilia and Rhode. I'll use it up but wouldn't repurchase.

I wanted to love it…
I have sensitive, acne prone, combo skin. I've been looking for a nee toner since the one I usually has been discontinued. I tried this for almost a month and wanted to love it because my makeup layered on so beautifully when I used it. However, every time I used it, it made my skin itch and little bumps would form on my face.

I love this toner and will continue to repurchase. The consistency isn't too thick and provides a lot of great hydration. It works great under makeup for skin prep.
