Why?!!!!!
This face wash has been my holy Grail for two years and the fact that you just all of a sudden changed it and it is horrible and smells like fish!!! I am so sad. Why would you change something that was already so good and make it smell so horrible And change the texture into something so oily?

Changed formula
I have been using this product literally for years. I can immediately tell the formula was changed. I use the cleanser for dry skin and as I'm washing my skin, my skin is squeaking as it stripped of oils. I literally hate this new formula and will not be purchasing.
Good cleanser
This is a good cleanser that did not leave my skin feeling tight or dry as many do. I would buy.
Drying
I was not a fan of this. It smells weird and left my skin feeling very dry. It did a good job of taking off my makeup but the user experience left much to be desired. Also not worth the price for what it is!
Didn't work well for my sensitive skin
Started out using this and it was good and had a milky texture, but a bit hard to wash off and it felt like moisturizer. Unfortunately this didn't end up working on my sensitive skin and irritated my skin a bit. I would recommend trying out a sample for at least a week, as this didn't irritate my skin until about the 3rd night.
Disappointed
I have been using this product for over a year and recently purchased a new bottle as I was running out. I opened the box to set it out and it looked strange to me, new packaging. I thought great… let me check and sure enough the product inside was not the same. First thing I noticed was the smell, very strong and horrible, like old powder. I loved the smell and consistency of the old product, perfect for my dry skin. I did a test spot on the back of my hand and immediately had to wash it off. My hand burns and the smell I can't get rid of it. Even after using soap. I am returning this and highly dissatisfied with the new change. 0/10 do not recommend.
