This eyeliner was recommended to me by an Ulta Beauty consultant when I asked for a waterproof eyeliner. I should have known when the packaging didn't make it obvious it claimed to be waterproof. If you're looking for waterproof-this isn't the liner for you.

The Live Tinted Longwearing Kajal Liner is so creamy and easy to blend. The color payoff is beautiful. The creamy brown works so well with my eye color. I truly enjoy using this liner. I appreciate that it does not have to be sharpened.
