I tried on wet and dry hair and found that it worked best for me when used with a blow dryer. I can almost bet that it would work even better for the girls that are better at styling their hair!

The combination of bristles provides the perfect grip to smooth out my roots and the crown area effectively. It's actually a bit heavier than my other brushes, but that weight seems to assist with the overall control. The boar bristles really seem to boost shine by smoothing the hair down as I style. Since the barrel is thermal conductive, it doesn't stay as hot as my other brushes which helps set the style and prevents unnecessary damage. It's a great tool for achieving a professional look quite easily and leaves my hair looking polished... although there's still a tiny bit of frizz. It's a reliable addition to my routine for getting a smooth finish with less effort and less damage.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] As my first ever blow out brush it was amazing! I've been using the revlon blow out brush for 5 years now. It truly looks amazing soft, shiny! The brush grasp my hair so well way better then my blow out machine. I love how it strongly hold my hair as I pull it out. The handle is thin but it has a good grip to it. I have a small hand so it works well for me the color is nice. I have medium thickness hair and it's bleached. I have wavy hair as well dry.
