when i opened mine it was dripping out of the tube - the customer service team was great and sent me another... the new one is less drippy but definitely not a solid... it's sticky, i can only use my fingers, and it's oozing out the tube... so sad !!

Did I get a bad batch? I loved the old formula, but this is a gooey mess. It has no structure and doesnt push up in the tube, so I wont even be able to finish the product.

I was thrilled when they brought it back, however the new formula wasnt the same as the old. I was told the ingredients are the same, just more jojoba oil was added. I am going to give a new tube another shot because the one I received became very gooey and not as structured as what I was used to. It also seemed to clog my pores a little more and didnt spread as smoothly, just overall seems more messy. If this is the new normal, I am requesting for the exact original formula back-fingers crossed!
