HG Shampoo: Use 1-3 pumps based on hair thickness, emulsify in hands for a lather, then massage into scalp and rinse. For a deeper cleanse, repeat.
HG Conditioner: After shampooing, squeeze out excess water and apply a small amount from mid-shaft to ends. Leave in for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes; discontinue if irritation occurs. Some users transitioning from conventional formulas may experience temporary oiliness as the scalp rebalances.

Hair Type Straight Hair
Since menopause, I've noticed a lot of changes with my hair. Very dry, frizzy, shedding and it's become more fine and thin. This shampoo lathers well and the hydrating formula throughly cleanses my scalp making it feel more nourished and healthier. The biggest changes I've seen is that my hair is more manageable and even a little thicker with volume. Using it along with the conditioner leaves hair strands less tangled, soft and oh so shiny! I look forward to continued results.

I like this shampoo & conditioner! My hair is thick & curly and I am constantly changing hairstyles – which leads to a lot of hair breakage/loss. I usually have product build-up too, but this gently cleanses w/o leaving my hair dry. The rosemary and peppermint has a slight tingling on your scalp, but it feels good! Such a refreshing spa-like hair experience.
