Should these be used on damp or dry skin?

Please avoid using it on skin that is too wet or dripping, as excess water can dilute the essence in the pad and reduce both its cleansing and skin-prepping effectiveness. Using it on lightly damp skin allows the pad to glide comfortably while working as intended. I dont know if its just me but these pads make my face super sticky after using.. am i doing soemthing wrong or is there a way to make my face not sticky after using?

VERY VERY sticky

I been trying to clear up my skin and had issues with bumps on my face. I wanted to try this product to exfoliate but it ended it ruining my skin so much. Its been a year and i still have the results from this product.
Wonderful Product
This is the ONLY product that really clears the skin around my nose! I would somehow get this dry skin that keeps popping up even after I've washed my skin!! Maybe it's rosacea Im not not sure…but this product keeps that dead skin away!It was recommended by an Ulta consultant and I really appreciate this product and highly recommend it to others.

Safe for my type 1 rosacea!!!
PHA is one of the most gentle acids making it the most suitable for rosacea. I have combo skin and need a nice exfoliation for my t-zone so I use the scrubber side of the oad for that thwn gently sweep the smooth side over my cheeks just once and this leaves me GLOWING and my skin irritation free!! plus PHA being water soluble means it's great for dry skin which makes this ideal for winter! A fantastic product!
