These vitamins work. That is true for me. My 1 star review is based on ULTA alone. They sent me an expired bottle. I called. She said no problem & sent another bottle..also expired!! Went to the store & they no longer carry. I now have to make a trip to the p.o to return these bottles. They don't apologize. They did refund me but I had to send pics etc and I get that. They should've just gave me a label and let ups pick this up. I shouldn't have to go out of my way for their 2 mistakes. Buy this elsewhere bc you'll get expired goods.

Would never have believed it had i not tried it for 6 months stopped for 2 and restarted- simply to test my disbelief; the product had "worked" so well i thought: couldnt be this( im using special shampoo masque and nightly root spray as well) BUT it sure was the addition of this particular product. Im happy to see myself in photos once again feeling i look like "myself". Hair shedding-loss is an Emotional not just physical situation. I am thrilled to reach up to touch my hair, not being worried it will end up in my fingertips or in the floor. Thank you SeroVital!!
