A+ Hair Oil for My Aging Hair

I'm 42 years old and my hair is definitely starting to show some wear and tear after years of styling and dying. I try to take very intentional care of my hair now to try and offset some of that damage and prevent hair thinning or loss as I get older and part of that routine for me is the use of hai...r oils or leave in conditioners after washing. The Odele oil came in very nice packaging, well wrapped and with an easily recyclable box (I appreciate boxes that are sturdy but easy to break down for recycling). The bottle itself is really nice as well, it's glass but it's a thick glass, with a nice and simple design that makes it easy to see how much oil you've still got inside. I like that the company is woman owned and I REALLY like that it's a clean and vegan product. The oil itself is thin, but it comes out well, no over pouring or anything. It's a good bottle design. At first I was worried that the oil being thin might mean it would take more to cover my hair effectively (I don't know exactly why I equate more viscous with more effective but it seems I do) but I was wrong, a little bit goes a long way! It soaks in so well that it really doesn't take much at all to do the job. I can put maybe two shakes of the bottle into my hair and that effectively oils and moisturizes my hair until I wash it again. It also has a great smell and it's easy to wash off my hands after application. I appreciate the long lasting quality of the oil, it keeps my hair smooth and shiny until my next wash in most cases. I've tried a lot of hair products and this is definitely one of the best for me. My hair isn't typically dry or oily, but it is prone to getting VERY frizzy pretty easily in humidity and because it's getting older and damaged it tends to have fly aways. I have noticed these issues getting worse as I'm getting older, my hair isn't as robust or smooth as it used to be. The Odele hair oil really feels like it's sealing my strands and smoothing everything out without over coating or under performing. All in all it is a great hair oil if you're like me and you are trying to take better care of your hair as you get older. I think it would work great for anyone honestly, I just can't speak to anyone's experience besides my own. I definitely recommend.
