maybe it works, maybe it doesn't?
i took these every day until the bottle ran out as part of my morning routine and it seems to have worked. within three months, my hair is around the same length as it was after 2 years of no hair cut. this could ultimately be placebo ofc but even if it's just a gimmick i liked the taste and i feel like it worked.. but keep in mind my results were gradual
