I keep wanting an elf eyeliner I can use because I love so many of their products and have switched over to mostly elf now. I like the H2O pen but I just can not wear black. I was happy to see this option with a dark brown shade. But it's really dark! I want a more brown tone, this dries dark on me....

Loved the color and it applied easily, BUT this is not an eyeliner for hooded eyes as it caused my lids to literally stick to the liner. It also irritated my eyes all day at work and I couldn't wait to get home to wash it off. THEN I realized that it wouldn't completely come off until I used an oil cleanser, face wash, micellar water and then out of desperation, straight Vaseline. I threw away the box, so I guess I can't return it, but I won't be using this ever again.

I really love the colors this eyeliner comes in so I was quite excited. However I found it annoying to use, a little dry, and I think it even irritated my eyes a little. I'm very sad but I'm going to have to give this one a PASS.

Eyeliner looks good and mostly stays put once dry. There is some transfer on hooded eyes. It's definitely not waterproof.
Nice color but very irritating to the eye
I will preface this by saying I dont have sensitive eyes. But I put a small amount on an instant instantly started to burn. I tried it again a few days later with the same result. I ended up throwing out the eyeliner and it was brand new.
