I keep wanting an elf eyeliner I can use because I love so many of their products and have switched over to mostly elf now. I like the H2O pen but I just can not wear black. I was happy to see this option with a dark brown shade. But it's really dark! I want a more brown tone, this dries dark on me....

I bought the gray eye brow pencil, the eye liner and the gel for the eye brows which I use for my eye lashes also. Each product is just what ai needed and that it works for my needs is outstanding.
good formula, soft brush
The formula is nice and stays pretty well throughout the day without irritating my eyes. My skin is oily, so like any other eye makeup, it can start to smudge a little by the end of the day. The reason I took off a star is because the brush is a little bit too long and flexible, making it difficult to draw a precise line. I switched to an eye liner "pen" that has a shorter, stiffer brush head.

If advertised as a non-waterproof liquid eyeliner, I'd give it 5 stars. The applicator is easy to use precisely and the pigment is intense. No skipping. Really nice formula, better than I expected. But definitely not waterproof. For the price point, it's great, still.

Loved the color and it applied easily, BUT this is not an eyeliner for hooded eyes as it caused my lids to literally stick to the liner. It also irritated my eyes all day at work and I couldn't wait to get home to wash it off. THEN I realized that it wouldn't completely come off until I used an oil cleanser, face wash, micellar water and then out of desperation, straight Vaseline. I threw away the box, so I guess I can't return it, but I won't be using this ever again.
