Shake liquid eyeliner well before use.
Using the brush tip of the smudge-proof eyeliner, draw from the inner to the outer eye corner, sticking as close to the lash line as possible.

Not Even Close
Not waterproof, first of all. This eyeliner is patchy, flaky, sticky, and the product dries on the felt tip so you constantly have to shake it to keep the product flowing. Because of the stickiness and quick dry time, the tip skips and drags when applying. The color is fine, but the formula is terrible.
Holds and even coats
Love this pen! It's my favorite. It holds all day, and goes on evenly. It doesn't smear easily either. The pen will last a while and great for the price.

Sooo messy
This product is actually decent if you can get it not to make a messy. But the packaging is terrible. It leaks everywhere. I'm probably going to have to throw it out. It leaks out the side right below the felt tip. Its so liquidy that sometimes it slides through my lashes and gets under my eye, if i move my eyes at all it gets on my lid, it gets everywhere. Its only made worse by the fact it takes forever to dry, so it makes it that much easier to transfer all over my face. Ive been wearing liquid eyeliner daily for over 15 years. There are better products out there. Save yourself the headache.
