FINALLY!

As someone with fine and low porosity hair it has always been a struggle to find shampoos and conditioners that actually hydrate the hair. This is due to the hair cuticle being tight, so many products cannot penetrate the strand and often end up sitting on top of the hair, leaving it feeling dry, st...

This shampoo smells so good and the scent lingers! It lathers very well. My hair feels clean and soft after I use this shampoo. My hair looks shiny and hydrated as well after washing. I love this shampoo even though I find that it is pricey for the amount you get.

My usual shampoo and conditioner were out of stock everywhere so I got this to use in the meantime, and im sorry, I hate it. After one wash, my hair was dry, frizzy, and felt like it was coated in something. Also made my hair hard to brush. :(

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I absolutely hated it. My hair was feeling dry and wanted ti see if this shampoo and conditioner would help but the way it makes my hair feel like i have product on my hair after it dries, it feels and looks greasy. If I just washed my hair it should not be looking and feeling like that as soon ad it dried. I wanted to like it becayse i like some of there other stuff but this was a big NO for me.

Incredibly hydrating to the point where (during the winter) I felt like I didnt need to use the conditioner to prevent frizz. However, its EXTREMELY mild. If you use any sort of film forming/hold products in your hair, or anything remotely heavy, none of the Eva NYC shampoos will give you a deep enough cleanse. They're great for no product days and perhaps co-washing because of their mildness, but for an actual dependable shampoo, they don't perform well.
