This is one of the only products that adds moisture and hydration to my dry, 3C curls These negative reviews make no sense to me lol I wish they sold it in a bigger bottle!!!

I will be returning this

Hair Type Straight Hair

I have blonde hair, it is fine--but I have a lot of it. I'm usually very excited about new shampoo/conditioners. It always seems like the first time I use a new one, my hair feels amazing. However, that was not the case. The first wash, my hair took forever to dry, and when it did, IT FELT DISGUSTING. I thought maybe I didn't wash all the shampoo out? Second time--HORRIBLE feeling in my hair. Crunchy, not soft, frizzy, all at the same time. Maybe I don't have the right hair type for this shampoo/conditioner combo. All I know is I feel like I wasted my money.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Really lovely conditioner!

Hair Type Wavy Hair

I have fine to medium, low porosity, color-treated, wavy hair. I deal with protein overload on occasion and while this has protein (rice water), it doesn't make my hair feel like straw. In combo with the H2Whoa Shampoo, I can easily comb through in the shower and it makes my hair very soft. I love the scent- it's a light musk and NOT fruity (thank goodness). It's definitely not heavily perfumed. I've been very happy with this as a break from my usual protein-heavy products to get some badly needed moisture back into my curls.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Leaves my hair sticky????

Submitted 8 months ago

By Nope

From Boston, MA

This conditioner works okay but the smell is baby powder/old woman perfume adjacent which i hate and it leaves a sort of sticky film on my hair that I can feel when my hair dries. I don't feel like this conditioner hydrates and my hair always feels worse after I use it in comparison to my other conditioners. Overall not crazy horrible but def wouldn't recommend.

Too Heavy

Submitted 1 year ago

I have fine textured hair and I found this set to be way too heavy. I unfortunately could not finish the product because I was having to wash my hair so often and even in-between it looked weighed down and dirty.
