I saw in the description that the Guava Mango Classic Body Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50 is reef-friendly. I'm confused because someone asked if it was reef-friendly and you said it wasn't because of an ingredient. I realize it was 6 years ago so I wanted to see if it was reef-friendly or not!?

Is this sunscreen Reef safe?

Does this wear nicely under makeup and is it good for oily skin?

- Official Answer By DO NOT USEWhile this product is designed for the body, it is also safe for use on the face, however it may be slightly thicker than our facial moisturizers. We suggest applying a pea-sized amount to the face and allowing it to fully absorb before applying makeup. This product is great for all skin types, but if you're in search of a sunscreen designed specifically for oily skin, we suggest taking a look at our SPF 30 Mineral Face Matte Tint Sunscreen, or our SPF 30 Makeup Setting Spray!Was this answer helpful to you

This sunscreen does not work
This sunscreen is ineffective - I tan relatively well and rarely burn if I apply SPF 30 or higher at the beginning of the day. I was very burnt after a day in moderate sunshine when using Coola's SPF 50 with several reapplications.

Toxic ingredients don't be fooled

Avobezone? Really? Homosaylate? These are terrible endocrine disruptors, Do NOT put these ingredients on your skin, especially kids and teenagers, this will mess with their hormones big time. Use a sunscreen with nano zinc, the other organic ingredients are all a waste when you have those four major chemicals that are toxic.
Get if you are trying to avoid sunscreen smell
I don't find this greasy but only use it on the body. Does not smell anything like sunscreen so I can wear it everyday. Not the best scent ever yet not terribly overpowering (like Orange Gelee suncreen🤢
It's good, would repurchase
Has a good non-sunscreen smell. Isn't greasy when applying. Was wearing this sunscreen for my hour long daily walks and never burned with this during that time. Can't speak to effectiveness for wear over an hour.
