grippy CAKES™ are designed to provide shape and seamless coverage under your favorite form-fitting clothes, workout tops and swimwear.
STEP 1: Remove CAKES from their packaging and save for later storage.
STEP 2: Place each cover directly on your skin underneath a snug top. We recommend getting dressed first, then inserting your CAKES.
STEP 3: Cup your CAKES over the center of each breast (shiny side down) and hold in place for 5 seconds. Your body's natural heat will warm and mold your CAKES seamlessly to your shape.
STEP 4: Wash and Care: Rinse with warm water, and pat dry. If you feel you need a deeper clean, let soak in warm water.

If you have a genuinely tight, thin shirt these are great. If your shirt does not stay body tight when you bend/move they will move about a bit. it's not a big deal with the originals (but the ones with fullness are pretty annoying unless the shirt has enough structure or taught-ness to keep them exactly in place; they will move).

Unfortunately, the triangles don't "fit" me.. I ordered a combo pack of 1 rounds and 1 triangles, same size for both. The rounds stay on and are easy peasy to wear, I don't have to worry about them peeling off or anything. But the triangles keep an edge up, no matter how many times I adjust them or reset them in a different position, etc. Which defeats the purpose of these Cakes! I can't wear the triangles in public for fear of playing with my boobs to keep adjusting. But the rounds are amazing!

the shape of these is phenomenal and makes a huge difference for alot of the tops that I wear, and in particular, bathing suits! took a chance on this item and it was something I didn't know I needed / wear almost every day now — def ordering more! also love how the grippy material actually sticks to your body, versus sticky. makes it's easier for certain occasions! For reference I'm 32C & the regular fits well, albeit I would also prefer another larger option for some outfits!
