Spoiled product
The image shows the original item I received next to the replacement that was sent to me, both if which are almost black in color - not at all matching the yellow gold product image from Ulta's site. At this point, this seems to be a broader quality issue rather than an isolated incident, especially based on similar reviews from other customers. I hope the product is removed from the website until the issue is resolved.
Spoiled item
Just as others have mentioned I received a bottle that looked like coffee and smelled awful- returned it but what is going on w/ Ulta fulfillment area? I returned it but this is the second or third time i've recieved the wrong item or a spoiled item.
Don't bother…
Ive ordered this product twice in hopes that the first bottle was just a dud, but both bottle arrived and are super dark in color and smell awful, so much so that I cant put it on the even try it. It looks like theyve been sittin on the shelves for years and all the glitter is stuck to one side of the bottle. I wouldn't bother with this product, there are better out there.
Discolored
I received a dark brown serum that was not the color pictured. It smelled strongly. Possibly old product. Returning.
False advertising
The color in the is very dark brown…Not the shimmery golden color. & it doesnt smell good at all. I just purchased it today & i am extremely disappointed. I took a photo but theres no option to add the attachment. Go figure.
