Not what I expected!
Love how the wand makes it easy to apply but I felt the product too creamy which made my eyebrows look very oily by the end of the day.

Not much for the money
The product itself is very nice if you want a slender eyebrow. You can build it up. The color is perfect. Ulta's procedures are somewhat undesirable. I don't understand why you just can't buy it in the store for the discount. You have to order online and have it delivered or pick up in the Store. My product was delivered totally damaged. I had to take it back to the store and exchange it waste of my time. Ulta runs a sale and it's online only, why? I will think twice next time. Maybe I will go to one of the big box stores where they value your business and usually give you free samples. Also, you're suppose to be able to get a birthday gift. Every time I go, they don't have anything. I also tried online and they were all out . This is happened for years. Very disappointed in ultra.

This brow pencil is better than ABH. I have tried numerous brands and price ranges. I found myself always going back to ABH because of the color range and performance. This pencil has nice natural and neutral colors and the performance is better than ABH.
Easy and great brow pencil.
My saleswoman asked great questions before recommending Precisley brow pencil. She also gave me a tutorial on the different shades of color depth I can achieve with this one pencil. I always receive friendly help at the Knapp's Crossing Location.
Will never buy this again
It was difficult to put on my eyebrows, wore off quickly, and the pencil part was short and thin. Kept breaking off no matter how careful I was. Didn't last a week.
Worst eyebrow pencil
This brow pencil was dried out. Was not able to return because it was a final sale through GMA DEALS AD STEALS. I contacted benefit but was unable to download pictures through the email they sent me. The pencil is so hard it pulls out eyebrow hairs. Do not buy. I think Benefit was trying to unload old dried out stock.
