Blow dryer
I like this blow dryer but I don't like how they changed where the switches are they used to be on the side and now they're on the front so you're constantly bumping them as you are trying and it is super annoying. They were better left on the side of the blow dryer. Other than that this is a nice b...

Very disappointed

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have thin to medium very wavy hair that tends to be frizzy. I bought Bioionic due to the stellar reviews. However, I found it to be very average. It left my hair feeling dry and a bit coarse, not at all silky. I have gone back to my old T3 which does leave my hair softer and shinier. I was hoping the Bioionic would do the same while being a little lighter and smaller than the T3, but it did not.
Smooth Operator!!!
Holy Smokes! I never leave reviews, but I friggin' LOVE this hair dyer!!! I didn't believe that a dryer made that much difference until I purchased my previous one, which was awful, more expensive, and I used it only a few months. It blew frizz and snarles into my hair! The airflow was so crazy, it blew things off the bathroom counter! I hated it! This one is powerful (but not ridiculously so), the heat is perfect, and it leaves my hair smooth, shiny, and no knots! Look no further—this one is it! :)

I like this blow dryer but I don't like how they changed where the switches are they used to be on the side and now they're on the front so you're constantly bumping them as you are trying and it is super annoying. They were better left on the side of the blow dryer. Other than that this is a nice blow dryer. This was also a warranty claim replacement. I still think it's unfair for the consumer to have to pay to ship the faulty item back. There should be a way to reimburse the customer if the claim is warranted I understand not giving a prepaid label just in case it is the fault of the consumer that the product is defective. But if it's deemed that the product is defective And it's not the consumers fault then the consumer absolutely should not have to pay to ship the item back. It cost me $25 to ship that blow dryer back when it was no fault of my own that the switch broke. Maybe this is something you can discuss with your team just food for thought
Very happy with my purchase!
