This product truly did not stand out to me! Even though it's called a lip oil I found it to be goopy , sticky, and on the heavy side like a traditional lip gloss . It also had that plastic smell we all know and love from cheap lip products compared to the natural florals, honey, and berry scents from a quality lip oil that has natural and moisturizing ingredients.. like my favorite lip products do! This "lip oil" left much to be desired in terms of lip feel , hydration , and definitely packaging as I'm not a fan of the simple overused plastic component, and lettering which will rub off easily from rolling around in your bag. Some redeeming qualities are: I did enjoy the color , amount of shine, and applicator shape. However for reasons listed above , It seemed very middle of the road, not good enough to use everyday but good enough to sit in my vanity and watch me choose better products to use daily. This pur glossy lip tint, plumping tinted lip oil in shade Sparkling Plum is very hydrating, and gives natural lip color that gives my lips but better kind of vibe. It's a subtle brown suitable to most of the skin tones. Doesn't give any tingling sensation, instead actually gives a refreshing feeling. This one gives moisturisation for a long time. Doesn't feel much sticky. And it doesn't have any fragrance or irritating sensation. You must definitely try this. This one is an amazing addition to my lippie collection. It is a multipurpose lip gloss. It acts as a lip oil, stain and a gloss. I am looking forward to try more shades and other lines from the Pur brand after using this. PUR's Glossy Lip Tint does a wonderful job of protecting lips while adding shine and beautiful color. I'm always on the lookout for a great hydrating lip product, as my lips tend to be dry and require frequent care and reapplication throughout the day. I had the chance to try the Sparkling Plum Glossy Lip Tint Oil from PUR, and I couldn't be happier. This product is a fantastic multitasker—it hydrates without feeling sticky or heavy. As a bonus, it offers subtle plumping effects without any tingling or discomfort. The applicator wand dispenses just the right amount of product evenly across the lips and leaves them looking amazing. However, I did find it a bit tricky to remove the wand from the container without some wiggling. This is a small area where the packaging could be improved. My lips feel moisturized for a long time and look great throughout the day. For a lip oil, the color payoff is impressive. Let me start off by saying this is not what it claims to be. It is not a tint and I wouldn't really call it an oil either. I put one swipe on my hand and left it on for a few minutes. I wiped it off and there was no tint. I also noticed when wearing it, it is pretty sticky for an oil. It feels more like a lip gloss. I also noticed the lip oil was pretty streaky on my lips. Maybe it's just the darker shades. But it was. I think if this was marketed as a lip gloss, I would've rated it higher than a 2. I think there are better products on the market that are similar to this. If you want a lip oil and/or lip tint, this would not be my first choice. I gave it a two because it's not the most horrible.
