How to Use: Cleanse your face thoroughly and keep skin damp. Attach the appropriate treatment tip with the tab facing up. Fill the treatment chamber: pour concentrate to the fill line, then top off with water. Power on: press and hold the power button until it beeps and illuminates, then short-press again to cycle through low, medium, and high suction modes. Treat: hold skin taut and glide the tool upright -- keeping the tool in a vertical position -- over damp skin until the chamber is empty. Finish: tool will chime when facial is complete. Massage any leftover concentrate into skin and follow with your favorite skincare. Clean: use the included brush with warm water and mild soap to clean the tips, treatment and waste chambers, then allow all parts to dry fully before storing.
Tips & Troubleshooting: Recommended use 1--2 times per week, working up to daily as skin tolerates. Prime the tool by gliding on the inside of your palm first to get the concentrate mix flowing. Start with the Small Tip for precise areas like the nose and chin. Begin on low suction, then gradually adjust to medium or high as tolerance improves. If you hear three beeps, it means the tool lost optimal skin contact -- simply keep the device positioned upright and maintain contact. Flight tip: GLOfacial is lithium-ion battery-powered; during travel, carry it onboard per airline regulations.

Mine did not work / no suction
I really wanted to love this but I think I got a faulty product, unfortunately. Set it up perfectly, it turned on even, just didn't suction / no concentrate came out… sending it back. Too expensive to just be flat out broken.

incredibly annoying
incredibly annoying to use. doesnt seamlessly glide on skin and beeps constantly (such an annoying noise and i cant even use it while my family is sleeping) when it doesnt "detect" skin. itd be a lot easier to use if the suction power was continuously happening so that a technicalty such as that the machine wrongfully thinks its not attached to my skin doesnt disrupt the facial process
No more dry skin
After using this I've noticed my skin been much more moisturized and somewhat plumped. Although I also did break out, but that could have been related to my diet, the hydration is worth a few pimples that I couldn't take care of with some quick pimple patch therapy. Overall I'm satisfied with this product.

It felt like it was cleansing but didn't necessarily help my breakouts. A little big in size and hard to travel with. The battery life seems to last pretty long. Seems to be durable.

I've got combination skin so I am always looking for something to help with my pore congestion. I've used this twice in the past week and think that I see a slight difference. Will check back in after another 4 weeks🙏
Finally a hydrafacial at home!
This tool is genuinely impressive! It's incredibly satisfying to see all the visible buildup collected in the chamber after use — it feels just like getting a professional HydraFacial at home. My skin, especially around my nose and chin where I usually break out, looks noticeably smoother, and I've had far fewer breakouts since I started using it. I've found that using it regularly — about once a week — really helps keep my skin clear, refined, and glowing.
