    Wear alone as an eyeshadow or eye liner, or layer on top of Chromaddiction Matte and Chromaddiction Shimmer (sold separately) to intensify your look. For optimum staying power, apply over an eye primer or as final layer of makeup.

    I feel like a mermaid wearing this on my face it's so beautiful. It dries and doesn't smudge but it doesn't crinkle or separate on the lid.
