I would have returned this but my cat loves to rub against it and it had cat hair in it. The brush is too big for my hand, it causes major static and it's too soft to actually go through hair wet or dry Not what i expected

Very beautiful brush, I don't think it's too heavy, either. The bristles are the perfect stiffness for their job, and they do a nice job of distributing the my natural oils. I also use it to brush my hair when I use rosemary oil, and it's fantastic at diffusing it.
