Just glides on!
Very impressed with this liner. Goes on smooth as butter. Usually use Lancome or House labs and this is even better. Been really impressed with Kylie's cosmetics and starting to get obsessed.

I wanted to love this pencil because of the choices of different colors. I choose the matte gray because I like a little softer color than black. The first time I used the pencil, it seemed great, then I went to sharpen the pencil. Each time I went to sharpen the pencil, the color broke off. Eve...

Surprised!
I was skeptical when the clerk at Ulta recommended this eyeliner, but now I'm happy. This liner glides on smooth. Easy to apply. Doesn't transfer onto my eyelids when I open my eyes. Stays put well and doesn't smudge all day. And easy to remove with baby shampoo and water! I don't feel like I'm left with residual eyeliner for days afterwards. I'm very impressed and will definitely try some of her other makeup products.
