Shake well. Smooth the skin tint with SPF foundation over skin. Start at center of face and blend outward. Avoid getting in eyes. To select your shade, choose your skin's intensity level (from ultra light to very deep) and undertone (cool, neutral or warm).

I'm very disappointed that Double Wear Sheer Broad Spectrum was replaced with this tint. The new formula applies unevenly and pills on my skin like an old sweater. Instead of blending smoothly, it leaves shiny, patchy areas that look inconsistent across my face. I always shake the bottle well before applying, but it still separates and doesn't apply evenly. The previous formula was far superior.
Not for the Price
For the price I was really disappointed. Settles and breaks apart even when powdered. Ive tried bushes sponges and fingers and its just so so so hard to work with and get it to say
It's a little streaky but I prefer it over foundation
Once applied if not fully blended, it looks streaky. I first apply it with my fingers to quickly spread it, then go over it with a sponge/powder puff. It stays the whole day, but if you look very closely, it looks like it's over your face, not necessarily skin-like. I think most people aren't looking so close and I prefer to wear skincare with SPF (like this skin tint) over foundation. My skin tone is brown with a yellow undertone and it's hard to match with a mineral SPF. This is a good option for me. It doesn't make me look gray like other mineral sunscreens meant for darker skin, those don't typically match my skin tone.
Blotchy
For the cost it's not worth it. Throuought the day it becomes blotchy, shows pores, and settles into fine lines and wrinkles.
Not for oily skin.
This is a nice foundation, but if you have oily skin, it'll make your skin look oilyer. if you like that dewy look, then go for it, but me personally, I deal with oiliness on a daily basis, so I prefer a more matte, or satin look.
