I have been using this brand for the longest time and am just so sad about all the changes. I understand trying to be good for the environment, but they took all of the personality out of the packaging! Eva used to have such cute packaging. I love the smell and am so glad they changed the hair mask formula to contain plant protein because without it I could definitely tell a difference! I just hope they change the packaging because it is so boring now :( I also wish the mask container was like the old one I dislike all of the new packaging :( I was not going to buy from the brand anymore but since they reformulated the hair mask I will continue on.

Whoever revamped the bottle… didn't try using the conditioner. It's so freaking difficult to get the product out due to how thick the consistency is and how hard the bottle is to squeeze! I literally have to slam it against the wall or something hard to get the product out. Especially when you have rheumatoid arthritis in your hands.
Gentle and effective
Doesn't weigh down my fine hair and helps soften my dry ends. The smell is not too strong either and is very mild.
Smells amazing
Love this conditioner primarily for the scent. It's smells amazing, like plum, vanilla, and sandalwood and the fragrance LASTS. I washed my hair 48 hours ago and I can still smell it in my hair pretty strongly. So if you like no fragrance or low fragrance haircare, avoid this conditioner. In terms of performance, I do like how rich and creamy it is. I have fine hair but it tangles easily and is a little frizzy and this does a fairly good job making my hair smooth and manageable. I haven't noticed it weighing down my hair at all, but I wouldn't dare use it on my roots as it definitely feels like it has the potential to be too heavy. For my lengths and ends though, it's fine. My only real compliant is the packaging. The matte plastic bottles look pretty and chic, but they're stiff and hard to squeeze. That isn't a problem for me yet, but I bet it will be the further I get into the bottle. The last 30-40% may be hard to squeeze out! A squeeze tube would be more functional.
