Shake well before use. Spray directly onto clean, dry skin. For best results, apply to feet or body and gently massage into the skin until absorbed. Allow product to dry before covering with clothing. You may notice a subtle sensation while applying that will fade quickly.
Avoid contact with eyes and open or irritated skin. If eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If eye irritation persists, contact a physician. For external use only. If ingested, contact a physician or poison control center immediately. Keep out of reach of children. Not for underarm use.

I liked the idea of the spray it says it helps calm your mind and body if you use it. I used it and I didn't feel much of a calming effect. But it did feel nice and smell nice. Would be good in a body care routine. I probably wouldn't buy it again.

I'd heard that topical magnesium could help with muscle cramps and restless nights, and honestly, a full Epsom salt bath just isn't happening every night. I was looking for a quick fix for my sore calves and my general inability to shut my brain off before 11 PM and this did just the trick I love it and would definitely recommend

As an avid hiker, trail runner, and climber, I had my doubts about how well this spray would work. I will typically use a topical cannabinoid cream on my sore areas when I'm at home recovering, but I try to use it sparingly because of the cost. The value proposition of this spray intrigued me, so I decided to put it to the test by hiking 30 miles in two days with a 45lb pack on my back. Upon returning I coated my legs in the spray and WOW. The feeling of muscle relief was almost instant, I felt like I could have done another 10 miles! No sticky/greasy residue, although some moisturizer afterwards is recommended. The sprayer works great and applies a liberal amount with one pump, massaging the liquid into the skin definitely helps with absorption and relief. Love this stuff! I will be keeping a bottle on hand at all times. I could see this being very useful at the tennis/pickleball court for sore calves and knees.

I've used this for a few weeks at night on the bottom of my feet and I'm genuinely surprised with how much I love it. I've never used magnesium spray so I had zero expectations but I had noticeable results. It genuinely helps me feel more relaxed before bed and if my feet ache after a long day. Highly recomment
