• Wash and dry your hair, comb your hair thoroughly (do not use any spray, styling agent or other inflammable chemical hair-care products), Wrap a towel around your neck so as to avoid possible skin scalding
• Press and hold the Power/Temperature Control button to turn on the device. The device will emit a "beep" sound and start operating at the default Level 3 setting (170℃ /340℉ ) on first use. The negative ion function is enabled by default, and the negative ion icon will light up. When powered on again, the device will default to the last used temperature
• Select your ideal temperature level by pressing the "Power/Temperature Control" button according to your hair type. The device will emit a "beep" sound each time the level is adjusted. Each short press of the Power/Temperature Control button (stay consistent) increases the temperature by one level. After reaching the highest level, pressing it again will cycle back to the lowest setting
• During the heating process, the corresponding temperature LED indicator will light up and blink
