It does say it's shimmering but I don't notice it a ton which is okay by me! The smell isn't overpowering at all, just nice light vanilla caramel.

I like the glow it gives on the skin, but it's subtle and not glittery but more light reflecting. I do wish the package was a bit bigger for a body cream.
