Very moisturizing! Tiny bit goes far.
This is my moisturizer to bring in carry-on bag for long flights. I use it under my eyes and also on my face and hands when flying, because the cabin air is SO drying. I dont know whether it contains active ingredients but as a dense, lightweight-feeling emollient, this one packs a punch beyond its tiny size. The only con is it is pricy.
