I swear by this brand
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Maybelline New York Falsies Surreal Waterproof Mascara gives instant drama with just a few swipes. The packaging feels fun and bold, and the wand makes it easy to grab every lash. It adds great length and volume without clumping or smudging, even on long days. The waterproof formula really holds a curl and stays put through humidity or tears. The texture is smooth and lightweight, so lashes still feel soft instead of stiff. Best Mascara I've Ever Used
I have short, straight eye lashes that never hold a curl. My favorite mascaras have been better than sex and lash paradise. But neither compare to this! I never used to get waterproof, but with this formula I did. My eyelashes have never been longer than they are when I'm wearing this! They literally hold the shape, length and curl until I remove it at the end of the night. Though it can get clumpy (any mascara can if you apply too much at the base) it's rare and as long as I go in with my lash separator after application, I'm good to go! No flaking or bleeding whatsoever. It's a little bit of work to remove, but definitely worth it! My new fav!

I don't know if they changed the formula recently, but this used to be my favorite mascara. I repurchased it (always waterproof) and I noticed it just doesn't perform the same. By the end of the day, it's smudged all over my undereyes. I had switched to Sky High waterproof for a few months and it was fine, but I missed the volume this one gave me. So, I wore it to the movies and when I got home, my eyes were all smudged and black. I looked like one of the creatures from the new Conjuring movie I had just seen. Maybe someday I'll try it again to see if I got a bad batch, but I shouldn't have to worry about that. Sad

The formula is super waterproof, i wore it on a hot, sweaty day and even during a quick cry (oops) watching a movie, and it didn't smudge at all. It gave my lashes amazing volume and curl without clumping, and the brush really separates each lash for that fanned-out look. It holds the curl all day, which is a big win for my straight lashes. I also love how lightweight it feels—my lashes don't feel stiff or heavy.
