Only Color Of Its Kind
As far as high end goes, I have not seen a liner this color before so I grabbed it. This is perfect for a tanned face in summer. I love its frosty look.

I'm a huge fan of the Colorpop Duochrome eyeliners so I was super excited to find these! Overall, the colors Tarte put out are a bit lighter/brighter than the equivalent Colorpop shades (though both brands have gorgeous colors). I got As If, since it's the only color they've released that doesn't have a similar Colorpop shade, and it is amazing and beautiful. I was extremely happy to find that these eyeliners apply easily and stay in place very well!
Fantastic pigment stays on
This vibrant eyeliner has dual ends so you can be precise or smudge the color. It stays in place for a long time and took a little work to remove it.

I got this in the color As If. Its absolutely stunning on the waterline and lasts all day. Im going to buy more colors.

Colourpop did it first and for less. So these aren't exactly worth it.
