This product is excellent. I have no idea how such a small amount of product makes me look so good every morning. This absolutely must be added to every man's daily skin regime. It reduces puffiness and decreases fine lines, for real. For all of you party animals out there that wake up 30 minutes before you have to be at work, this one is for you!
I'm a Kiehl's loyalist so when I started noticing dark circles under my eyes on some days, I recalled this product which had been so highly recommended to me. Years of late studying and long nights at the office had me looking a little tired, I guess.
After a few weeks of use, I am not seeing any improvement or change from thisproduct. I use as directed but have never seen the puffiness or dark circles go away. I might try the Marine firming creme next time, because so far, Eye Alert has done nothing.

FUEL IS NOTHING IF THE DRIVER ISN'T ALERT. Bring back eye alert or at least tell the people what is going on. Absolutely astonishing that a best-in-class product was removed from the line. Incredibly disappointing. Did the fountain of youth in the amazon get too inaccessible to harvest the secret ingredient? Is Kiehls a commie corp that hates profits? You have tons of people literally begging for a product, what more reason do you need to bring it back?

Love it and using faithfully. Great improvement to my eye area

This does nothing for the bags under my eyes. I'm using it as an eye serum and under this context, my expectations are low, so this product is okay.

I have used Kiehl Products for many years. Eye Fuel does not seem to be as effective as the one it replaced. Moisturizer, Body Wash, Face Scrub, etc. all are excellent products.

Useless! The previous eye cream was discontinued and this watered down version is what replaced it. It's a total waste of money.

I am a woman and discovered this was a man's product by accident. I have been religious about applying this every morning for years and people comment all the time that I don't look anywhere near my age of (soon to be) 60!

I used the roll on eye fuel and was amazed at how well it De-puffed my eyes. I have a serious eye bag issue when I wake up and that's the only product I've found that actually works. I recently got this new formula version when I ran out of the roll on and ITS TERRIBLE . It makes me eyes more puffy than before and dries with little crusty things on my skin like I've never washed my face. I am returning it! Bring back the old formula!

I apply this over my moisturizer. Seems to help the dark circles. I will not purchase this again. Time to try another product.

Please don't refer me to the new product it is nothing like the original I am asking directly what is it about I alert that makes it unavailable? Was there an ingredient or something that was pulled off the market? I used it for years I miss it I need it please don't tell me what you have instead I've tried everything you have. I respectfully ask why are you no longer making eye alert available

I bought this post review on the internet. The product kept rating well. I bought it for my wife to combat the issue and nada. Disappointing,

I was upset to find out Eye Alert was discontinued, but decided to give this a try because it seemed like the same thing. It is not at all the same and is an extremely disappointing alternative. The consistency is way too watery and it doesn?t rub into your skin. There is no noticeable difference with using this product like there was with Eye Alert. PLEASE BRING IT BACK OR FIX THIS FORMULA! Eye Alert was one of my favorite Kiehl?s products along with the Supremely Gentle Eye Makeup Remover - both of which were discontinued. Please stop discontinuing your best products! These were the 2 products that made me a fan of Kiehl?s in the first place.

I have really dark circles around my eyes, and this product helps a lot. I was disappointed when they discontinued Eye Alert, but this product has been working well too. I don?t like the texture of the new product though. Overall, I have noticed a difference when using this product every morning. I also use Midnight Recovery Eye every night.

I have been using this eye cream on and off for two years. I keep coming back because I feel that it's the only one that really works for me. The others I have tried are only because I get them as free samples but this one seems to work wonders on my eye bags!

Had high hopes because of the brand. I have used eye creams from the drugstore that I like better. Doesn't sit well under makeup and isn't moisturizing enough! Feels like almost water and does nothing for darkness and bags.

I'd say this is definitly AWESOME for depuffing. I used to be able to almost feel gravity pulling down my under eye circles, a sensation now gone. I'd say it's really really great at de-puffing, and made a long term difference in the appearance of darkness more to the side of my eyes rather than underneath. It helped in both areas, but did so well with the more side of eye darkness/tiredness it actually has helped make my face look dramatically brighter.

Eye creams are tricky to find because some seem to work better than others and some can be very expensive. Sadly, the Kiehls eye cream doesn't work for me at all. It has a nice texture and decent value but what's the value if it doesn't work? I'd try a sample before buying.

I?ve been using Midnight Recovery Eye for a year and had started using it both morning and night about 6 months ago with no marked difference. I?ve now added this to my morning routine instead and have had way better results. The product is lightweight and absorbs easily into the eye area. There is no sticky residue left behind, only eyes that feel refreshed and ready to face the day. Would recommend this to anyone in the market for an affordable, efficient eye cream. Can?t wait to see what my eyes will look like in 6 months. Thank you Kiehl?s for making such wonderfully quality products.

I used Eye Alert for the past decade. It was the best product ever. I went for my quarterly re-up last week and found out it'd been discontinued. The clerk told me it was replaced with this stuff which is just not AT ALL like it.
The best thing about Eye Alert was that it evenly and immediately absorbed into the skin. This stuff leaves a slick oily residue for quite a while.
Eye Fuel is definitely Kiehl's New Coke. Way to blow it.

Eye Alert is the product that made me a loyal Kiehl's consumer. It is far and away better than any other product I have tried. I have tried many. This product is NOT a fair replacement. Bring back Eye Alert!
fqcreole from Illinois, USA
I found Eye Alert the very best eye cream on the market. Why did you change it? Eye Fuel is a very poor replacement. It is oily and does nothing to improve circles and puffiness.
PeterP from New York, NY, USA
They discontinued Eye Alert- one of my favorite products by Kiehls and unexplainably replaced it with this under performing product. This is a pure waste of money. Don?t buy it.

Eye ALERT was on of the best eye creams ever, yet it was inexplicably discontinued. Eye Fuel is a poor substitute. Don?t waste your money.

Tried this on a Saturday morning, and it melted away the work week in an instant. My eyes have felt tired for at least two months now, if not two years.

It's really annoying when Kiehl's decides to discontinue a great product (Eye Alert) and replace it with a totally mediocre one (Eye Fuel). Eye Alert was my favorite Kiehl's product of all time. I couldn't leave the house without it. I even kept an extra tube in my desk at work. It absorbed instantly into your skin and was super effective at brightening and depuffing your eyes. This new stuff they've replaced it with is awful. It does not absorb into your skin and it has no visible effects, immediate or long-term. What a waste of money. Now I have to find a new eye cream because this stuff is useless.
