Did not work for me.
I had hopes for this, but unfortunately am disappointed. I applies a layer, let dry, and applied eye shadow like normal. This was very liquid unlike the MAC I'm used to. All my shadow was practically gone 5 hours later. Maybe I just have oily eye lids. 🤷🏻♀️
