In the morning:

• Wet sponge and rub against bar to create lather. Massage sponge onto face, rinse off. You can allow the lather to remain on the skin for up to 3 minutes to use as a treatment mask. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry.
• Apply 6-8 drops of the Even Tone Super Glow Serum to face & neck area.
• Apply Complexion Protection Moisturizer SPF 30 to protect your skin from sun damage and prevent future dark marks.

In the evening:

• Wet sponge and rub against bar to create lather. Massage sponge onto face, rinse off. You can allow the lather to remain on the skin for up to 3 minutes to use as a treatment mask. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry.
• Apply the Retinol Rapid Repair & Dark Spot Treatment to the face & neck area. Start by applying every other night and gradually increase to nightly use.
• Apply a moisturizer for hydration.

Precautions: Before using retinol products, consult your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing. Retinols may increase sensitivity to sunlight, so it is important to use a sunscreen with SPF of 30 or higher every day, no matter the weather.
