IT WORKS, but dries out your skin
When I first got this product I LOVED it. After a few weeks I realized although it was clearing up my acne very fast (at night I had a blemish, and the next morning the swelling was down and there was only a scar left), it dried out my skin terribly. It's a no for me
I bought this product, hoping that it would help my hormonal cystic acne, but I just couldn't get past the smell. Given this product contains sulfur, I was expecting it to have an unpleasant odor, but it was just something I couldn't get used to. I only used this product for a few days so I can't speak to overall effectiveness, but I didn't notice any change in my acne in the time that I did use it other than dry skin in the spots that I treated. This is probably better for more surface acne spots so still searching for that holy Grail product.
I would buy this product again.

Best Spot Treatment Around
I've used pimple patches and various spot treatments and nothing compares to Eradikate. It lasts a long time and works quickly on those stubborn, painful zits!
My go to! 
I'm currently going through perimenopause and getting acne because of it. I tried patches, I tried creams, and absolutely nothing works as well as this does! Yes, if you continue to use it once the zit is mostly gone, your skin will dry out. Common sense… Don't abuse your skin once the it is mostly gone! Sometimes it does sting a little at first when you put it on. But literally nothing will clear my skin up faster than this! And I use it directly on zits, or in areas where I'm starting to break out. I absolutely recommend this product!
Effective, but too smelly
This product was great at bringing blemishes to a head, but the sulfur smell is really intense. Even after completely washing my face, I could still smell it for hours. I'm keeping it for emergencies, but not regular use.
