I have been using this eye pencil for some time and will continue to do so! I find that it ranks high amongst the bevy of water resistant eye pencils available--the smooth nature of the gel-glide texture not only ensures easy application and longevity of wear, but ensures that the results of smudging for a smoky eye will stay put.
Underrated!
I love Pixi's eyeliner, it is underrated! I've tried them all, but when I know I want an easy and quick liner application, this one is it. It feels silky and luxurious when gliding it on. It is easy to apply to upper or lower lids, which is helpful for someone like me who isn't great at applying eye liner. I do wish they'd come out with new colors.
