Remove the security tab and shake can. Spray in short bursts from about 12 inches away.

The front label says that it is silicone free, however the ingredient list shows that there is silicone in this produce. Does it have silicone or not? Silicone in hairspray makes hair go flat, and it is getting more difficult to find hairspray without silicone.

Does the spray with UV protection work exactly the same as the regular one? I would like to stock up. UV protection is a good thing— I just want to make sure I'll like it as much as the other one.

My hair is just past my shoulders and naturally wavy but fine. I'd purchased this spray on a whim, trying to replace Tresemme aerosol spray which was leaving my hair too sticky where combing it out would shed hair. I also liked the idea that this product has UV protection. I didn't realize that it was scented nor did I realize that there was an unscented version of the same hairspray. This has a VERY light perfume smell, which is noticeable at first, but after using the spray several months, it has either weakened or I'm used to it because I don't notice it. The spray is very fine and I haven't had any issues with clogging like I've had with more expensive brands which all seem to have the same type of spray nozzle.
