Remove the security tab and shake can. Spray in short bursts from about 12 inches away.

The front label says that it is silicone free, however the ingredient list shows that there is silicone in this produce. Does it have silicone or not? Silicone in hairspray makes hair go flat, and it is getting more difficult to find hairspray without silicone.

Does the spray with UV protection work exactly the same as the regular one? I would like to stock up. UV protection is a good thing— I just want to make sure I'll like it as much as the other one.

I was using shaper for years. I thought that was the only way to go after trying tons of hairspray products. I was watching a TV reality show and one of the ladies had elnett sitting on her personal vanity. I figured it was worth a try if she was using that hairspray with all of her money. It is far superior to shaper. It holds better smells better not at all sticky can comb through but the hold is what I'm looking for overall. Definitely try the product. I buy the product that has the UV protector in it also.

I have used this hairspray for about 10 years. This is the best hairspray ever. It definitely holds the hair (and mine is unruly/hard to hold), but it brushes right out without leaving any residue. Since I color my hair, I use the extra strong hold for color treated hair. I LOVE the smell of it and the fact that you can smell the fresh scent all day long. LOVE this product. Wishing that L'Oreal will come out with a "freeze" spray version. That would be totally awesome.
